Convention weekend
November 22nd, 2007
The last weekend was the 31th edition of a comics-related event in my city, not so pro as San Diego ComiCon or another U.S. comicon but is a local chance to spare the comicbook virus. Openhaüs #1 was a total sellout, we are making more copies and we buy the .net domain
Previous times:
We take a week before to make merchandise to our stand: bookmarks, stickers, buttons and, of course, our 20 pages comic book anthology with works by Eva, Ani, Norma and me…

Friday, saturday & sunday:

This was our stand the first day.

A closer look to our table.

We put a huge promotional behind.

Like ehm… 100 people said that she and me was the same. In fact, this girl is the main character in Norma`s short tale (illustration by Eva).

The second day my best friend Carlos (and Openhaüs partner) comes to the stand.

He`s my very first draw teacher, Jacob Eguren… he rocks!!

My friend Balta in middle of a tv interview. He was my drawing teacher too!

Andres Esparza, a good friend from Ponx Magazine times.

Abraham and his daughter waiting for a signed copy of Openhaüs #1, Abraham writes short stories and is working with Andres in Nahuice.

Here with Gil and Javier.

Eva at CosplayMix stand, she`s the designer of the magazine.

Detail of Protobunker stand, we have good friends there.

Raúl Treviño & Daniel Pérez from Protobunker.

Mudo (with sad face) and FlashDan.

Daniel is happy to make comics.

Me selling some comics.

Ok, time for funny photos…

Stormtrooper is close to shooting you.

My new friend Aang and me could kick your sister ass…
And yes, you hit the jackpot: Bigger photos on Flickr.
Enough. Now to bed…
…I think.
