October process
October is a good month to make scripts, illustrations, sequentials, colors and lettering. Maybe the busiest month from this year… but thats my own fault since Im a very slow artist. From my sketchbook:
I made some improvements in that prehistoric alien from the previous entry and my sketchbook have some loose sketches with elongated figures, Im trying to play a little with another style… not just in drawing but also on coloring.

At first, this guy looked like some kind of monster but after inks were done I just see a random guy… yeah! with grey skin and a human head in his left hand but a random (maybe funny) guy after all. This time I dont really care about coloring, I use random brushes and cuts. [Read more]
Cantinflas sketch
My country celebrates comic Cantinflas on the centennial of his birth. Weeks ago I was reading “El Diablo me Obligó” in which could be read a reference from a classic plastic toy that I remember from my childhood: Devil Cantinflas!

Silly guys
