Mom turns 52 today…
…that make me think about my own life, his direction and his final goal; a lot of things has changed in the last year: I have a regular job as editorial designer and, at last, as illustrator. She has been the best mom to a nonsense guy like me, she raised me alone and show me museums, trova music and interesting books in my childhood. All good things in my life has been thanks to her.
Happy birthday mom.

Today my girl, my mother and me go to the Isis & The Feathered Serpent exhibition, part of a recent International Forum on our city; full of dialogues, exhibitions and cultural expressions (at least, that say the website):
The Forum is a global event that occurs every four years and that connects cities from all over the world. Monterrey is the place that has been chosen on this occasion to promote thinking and problem solving methods in order to deal with issues of global importance such as peace, education, knowledge, and ecological conservation amongst other topics.

Estoy muy ocupado con mi nueva vida a lado de Eva, nueva casa, nuevo estudio ¡¡y mas trabajo!! más páginas de Hölkan pronto (no tengo internet en casa aún y llevo algunas páginas adelantadas) y mi GRAN retorno a Deviantart en unas pocas semanas… ok, no tan “grande” en realidad.
Un enoooooorme agradecimiento desde aquí a Balta y a Jacob por ayudarme con lo mas pesado, mover la cama y un par de muebles pesados, creo que abrirán un nuevo negocio de mudanzas despues de tener una epifanía el día de ayer :P

Im very busy with my new life at Eva side, new house, new studio and more work!! more pages of Hölkan soon (I dont have internet in home yet and theres some finished pages) and my BIG return to Deviantart in a few weeks… ok, not so “big”.

Im back from Guadalajara since last sunday. Buuut, Im busy with:
1.- Updating a website.
2.- Writing 4 short comics.
3.- Sketching characters for another one.
4.- Reorganizing my Nahual comic book (format and pages, script ready!).
5.- Developing script for a children`s book.
6.- Woking in a short film graphic design.
7.- Moving furniture, painting a room and moving more furniture (and things) to -my girlfriend and me- future home sweet home :)
8.- A magazine design (more about this in october).
9.- Drawing in my new and beautiful Moleskine (snif…!).
10.- Organizing Openhaüs (the graphic design studio not this blog) from the logo to the website design.
11.- Writing a short sci-fi tale for a contest (I need at least 15 or 20 pages).
12.- Sketching pages for a webcomic.
I forgot something… Im sure.
As you can see I dont have time for serious rock-on blogging… in fact, this blog is goning to die soon, well, not exactly uhm, the blog go to my main domain (www.renatoguerra.com) this or next month.

Sorry for crappy blogging, but Im very VERY busy, im working in a big illustration (for 1910 Films)… maybe my hard work to the date. And yes, theres photos of the process for a future post.
Historic Center in Guadalajara!
Wowowowowow… great city. Like Monterrey but better (gesh! theres a big argument for that, but I dont have a lot of time to write this). I was in Guadalajara for vacations and the Book Fair (one of the most important book event in America). Theres people interested in my artistic work and I find a date for my first solo show in some point of 2007 (more information soon). More photos in Flickr.
